What kind of companies do you work with?

Is Tec-Centric an HRD Corp–registered training provider and MD Status company?
Yes. Tec-Centric is a Malaysia Digital (MD) company and an HRD Corp registered training provider. We can help you structure programs so they align with local schemes and internal approval processes.
Can you customise programs for our fleet or dealer network?
Absolutely. Most of our work is customised: we start from your routes, vehicles, dealer realities and KPIs, then design consulting, training and digital modules that fit your operations instead of forcing a generic template.
Do you only work with EVs, or also ICE and mixed fleets?
We work across EV, ICE and mixed fleets. EV is a strong focus area, but many of our projects involve managing the transition: changing driver behaviour, dealer capability and management reporting while both technologies coexist.
How do you measure impact beyond “people attended training”?
We connect learning to metrics: uptime, incidents, complaints, NPS, sales conversion, repeat visits or other KPIs you care about. Dashboards, follow-up nudges and field coaching are used to track adoption over time.
Where are you based and what regions do you cover?
We are based in Malaysia and work primarily across ASEAN, India and the GCC, with a mix of on-site, hybrid and fully virtual delivery depending on the project.
What does a typical engagement look like?
We usually start with a short discovery and diagnostics phase, then co-design a roadmap. That can include consulting (playbooks, dashboards), training (workshops, academies) and technology (apps, VR, credentialing), delivered in phases.
